"You Bury It, You Bury It, And Rise Above"

By no means am I the biggest CHVRCHES fan, but I do appreciate their ability to make really catchy synth pop music. What I like most about their new single with Hayley Williams is the aggressiveness of the synths on the track. When I say that, I mean Men Without Hats Safety Dance style upbeat, vibrant, aggressive chords. Need a refresher? Check it below (how awesome of a video is this???)...

Led by Hayley's superstar, power vocals and a beat dripping with Top 40 appeal, Bury It has everything you'd want in a Pop track. It has a sing-along quality that compliments a build up of excitement that comes to a climax at the end of the hook. Something tells me this track not jibe with the hardcore CHVRCHES fans, but those looking to get lost in a jubilant pop anthem will be satisfied. I'd fall on the latter side of that and like me, I hope you're in the mood for a nice sugary dessert tonight...#BuryIt
