By Any Means Necessary Kevin Cossom Will Find His Way on Your Playlist

In a not so subtle way, I raved about @kevincossom's previous mixtape Hook vs Bridge on the New Artist Spotlight I did of him about a year and a half ago. Now he's back at it again on his mixtape grind with By Any Means, another front to back quality tape with production from Danjahandz and @iamjimjonsin. Seems like he is the only one who gets consistent beats from Danja, which is a great thing since he's easily top 3 producers you have never heard of.

The most noteworthy and recognizable track on the mixtape samples Tears for Fears - Everybody Wants to Rule the World. I know y'all remember that one...

In my opinion, sample justice was served and they did a solid job of making it new age sounding. Even though that track is the most recognizable,  hands down (no pun intended) the best track on the mixtape is the mid-tempo piano laden ballad She Likes Me, where KC provides some silky smooth vocals...
