The Chainsmokers Amplify Flaws

Despite the fact that I have yet to post a Bastille track on the blog, I still have a healthy respect for their music. Everyone at some point over the last year has found themselves singing Pompeii to themselves, which speaks to their easy-listening, wide scale appeal. Oh you haven't? Stop playin', 65 million views on YouTube means many many more people have been impacted by the song.

Just in case you're under the impression that they're a flash in the pan or one hit wonder, I'm here to remind you that you're not. Below is their video for Flaws that I'm offering up as proof of that assertion...

So yea, The Chainsmokers took the original track and did what they do best. They injected some high energy synths to amplify the likeability of the track and make it readily consumable to a whole new audience. Consistency is big in music and I like that I can always count on quality from Alex and Drew...#Flaws
