"Got a Mad Hatter Swagger, Boy I'm Stupid Dumb Sick"

"Go get it, stay about my business
Ball til I fall, flossin' til I finish"

With the release of @tip's new album Trouble Man steadily approaching and two singles already in the bank (Love This Life and Like That), now seems like a good time to let loose with #3. Similar to Like That, Go Get It is a high powered, bass aided trap anthem centered around stacking bills to the ceiling like a true hustler. Serious dap is in order for @ProducerTMinus who laced the beat with enough bass to feed a small orphanage. If you like the bouncy, loud and in your face singles T.I. let's loose, this one is for you.

Trouble Man is going to be the 8th studio album for T.I. and is slated to drop on September 4th. To this date, I haven't heard a track as good as Castle Walls or Poppin' Bottles, so my expectations aren't as high for his new one. That doesn't mean it won't be an awesome album, but all I'm trying to do is give you the forecast based on what I know so far...#TimeWillTell

"You-You Know You Love This Life, Don’t Nobody Do You Like Me"

"I got a strong mind and kind heart
With a soft kiss but I love hard"

Another day, another extremely dope lead single. Today @tip came through with Love This Life, which is the first tome come off his upcoming album Trouble Man. On the track, T.I. exhibits a combination of versatility and maturity as he confidently brags about his ability to do his woman better than any other man over a storytelling beat by @1500ornothin. The lyrical depth, repeatability of the hook and general sentimentality really set the track apart and give it more than enough potential to grow into one of my favorite T.I. tracks. I know that's a tall order and I'm probably over-hyping it based on the first few listens, but simply put, it's a really well done track.

No word yet on when the new album will drop, but just like everyone else who is releasing lead singles right now, it's slated for a late summer release. Is it me or are rappers less likely to open up now that Drake has made it "cool" again to write song about how they feel? I know @tip has done it before with Whatever You Like, but that was a 100% bubbalicious bubble gum pop. Love This Life seems more unique and heartfelt in comparison, which is partly why it's resonating with me so much. I'm not sure I thought I'd ever see the day where T.I. mentions his heart three times in one track, but that's not a bad thing. Substance and vulnerability in Hip Hop is so few and far between that when it comes along, shout out to T.I. for keepin' it 100...

"I'm the Bomb, I'm Dynomite, Pyro"

New single off @tip's upcoming 2012 album Trouble Man. Pyro is supposedly the first "official" single, following the two promotional singles, Here Ye, Here Ye and I'm Flexin'. It's a self described, party track that has an upbeat, live band feel to it thanks in large part to @theebandgeeks. This is the first I've heard of Two Band Geeks, but I'm diggin' the beat on this one.

Trouble Man is slated to drop in February 2012, but I wouldn't be surprised in the least if it got pushed back because the folks at Gran Hustle find themselves at an impasse trying to clear samples and whittle down the 45 tracks that were recorded for the album. In the grand scheme of things, probably not a top 20 T.I. track, but still a worthy single. I also liked I'm Flexin', but I still have yet to hear the clear standout track that all T.I. albums are known for. It'll come soon enough and lord can only hope DJ Toomp is behind it.

Oh yea...Happy Thanksgiving y'all!
